You out there: get some rest today. Just do it. Take a short nap. Put down the work and go on a walk. Listen to music or read a book you love for half an hour.

Yeah I know, your laundry is piling up, or that big project from work is on your mind, or your kids are going back to school and you don’t have glue sticks or wide-ruled paper or frankly any idea about what’s going on.

It won’t fall apart in one hour; we’re just not that important. It’ll all come together. It always does. Make some space to breathe.
